Shipping & Processing
We offer free shipping to Canada and the US for all orders over $50 before shipping charges and taxes are applied. All orders will be shipped as regular parcel ground delivery. Additional fees apply for expedited shipping, international orders or orders including our Remove Product Packaging service.
All orders will be shipped in discrete unbranded packaging or wrapped in plain shipping paper.
For those customers who would prefer complete discretion including inside the package, we can remove most or all product packaging including cardboard wraps, tags, boxes, instructions and other branded material before packing and shipping your order. We are not able to remove any sewn labels or other labels that are a permanent fixture to the product. Please select "Remove Product Packaging" option during checkout. A $25 handling fee applies.
For all orders, packing slips will state The Men's Room and include a discrete description of the product.
- Expedited shipping can be selected at check out. Any additional fees will be added to your order and added to the total cost of your order.
- All orders will be shipped with no signature required. Any special delivery instructions should be outlined in the notes field during check out.
- Please remember to include your Unit/Apartment # when checking out. We often get returned deliveries because that field was missed. If your order is returned, we will re-ship the order with your corrected information and bill you for the additional shipping.
- No order will be accepted unless complete shipping information is provided including - Full Name, Full Address, Valid Email Address, Phone #(including area code). These fields are mandatory even as a guest buyer to ensure proper delivery.
- We can not be responsible for delays in orders based on incorrect shipping information or declined payments.
- Any questions, please check your tracking information provided once your order has been shipped or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and refer to you order number in the email.
- Delivery delays may occur for international orders based on border customs processing. We are not responsible for customs related delays.
- Customers are responsible for paying all local taxes including taxes on shipping and foreign duty assessed by your local customs offices. We are not responsible if there are any further charges for customs handling once your delivery leaves our warehouse.
